Women Owned logo and why you should use it

WBENC, Walmart and WEConnect International have joined forces to promote products that are manufactured by women through the use of a Women Owned logo.

The GREAT news is that if you are certified with WBENC you can use the Women Owned logo on your marketing materials. The logo is for all certified WBEs, not just those with a product to sell.

Here are 5 reasons why you should use the Women Owned logo:

  1. It sets your company apart in a highly visible way
  2. The logo is self-explanatory
  3. The chances are really good that it will drive business to your product: women are loyal customers and we make up to 85% of buying decisions.
  4. Research also shows that we are also willing to pay a bit more if we know that the product is made by or benefiting women.
  5. The more we use the logo the more we are able to dispel the myth that women owned companies are small and not able to compete successfully.
